FAQs

We receive a number of enquiries on a daily basis. Below please find a list of the most popular frequently asked questiosn (FAQS):

Q How do I change my password?

A Simply click on the login dropdown on the top right and click on the forgot your password function. You will then be asked to enter your username after which you will receive an email with which you used to register the account with a new temporary password.

Q I have forgotten both mu username and password how do I access my account to edit the listing?

A In this case it would be best to send us an email to info@autotradermalta.com prefereably with the same email you used to create the account. Once we have verified that you are the owner of said account, we would send you an email with your username and a temporary password which you can change at a later date.

Q I am trying to upload the images for my listing, however it is taking quite a bit of time to do so and I am being timed out and have to start it all over again.

A Our image uploader has a built in image resizer to ensure all images uploaded are same size images. If you have taken a photo with a digital camera and have not chnaged the function to reduce the size of the image for web use this, may be the reason why your phot file size is too large, e.g 5MB The larger the file size of the image the longer it would take to upload. You can edit the image and resize using a number of picture managers on your PC or Mac today which have presets for web images, for faster uplaods and quicker display. If you are still finding difficulty to upload an image even after you have resized it, kindly send an email to info@autotradermalta.com
